Jose Linares

Jose Linares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and business development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Radiate Freedom Capital since January 2022, Jose focuses on empowering working professionals to achieve financial freedom through passive investments in multifamily properties. In addition, Jose is the Chief Education Officer for Claims to FIRE, documenting a journey toward financial independence through real estate. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors, and various positions in the insurance sector, including Field Property Claims Specialist III at Nationwide Insurance and Catastrophe/Property Claims Representative at Farmers Insurance. An alumnus of Arizona State University with a B.A. in Business & Mass Communications, Jose has leveraged a diverse skill set to excel in multiple industries since 2004.
