Joseph F. Gleason Jr

Joseph F. Gleason Jr. currently serves as the National Commercial Roofing Project Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors since March 2020. In addition, Joseph has been the Director of Operations at Southern State Contracting Services LLC since July 2011, overseeing all operations for the specialty commercial and industrial roofing and maintenance company. Prior experience includes serving as Division Manager at Pfister Maintenance, Inc. from October 2008 to June 2011, where operations for commercial roofing and maintenance in South New Jersey and Pennsylvania were managed. Joseph's educational background includes FAA certifications in Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle (1994-1996), as well as FAA Airframes and Powerplants Certification from Career Technical Institute (1990-1993), complemented by studies at Ocean County College during various periods.
