Matt Fletcher

Matt Fletcher has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1998, they founded and managed their own construction company, Fletcher Construction, for 12 years. Following that, they worked as a Ramp Tower Agent at Delta Air Lines for one year. In 2011, they joined MPMP, LLC as a Maintenance employee for five years. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Construction Manager at Champion Walls and Ceilings. In 2016, they became a Construction Manager at Memphis Property Management Professionals for six months. Matt then joined SRP Contractors in 2017, first as a Superintendent and later as a Field Operations Manager. Matt worked there until 2023. Finally, they assumed the role of Director of Operations at BluSky Restoration Contractors in March 2023.
