Rajarshi (Raj) Purwar

Rajarshi (Raj) Purwar has a long and varied work history, beginning in 1998 when they joined Wipro Technologies Ltd. as a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2003, they moved to Infosys Technologies Ltd. where they held the role of Project Manager and Business Analyst on several Siebel implementation projects. In 2007, Raj joined Serene Corporation as the VP of CX. In 2017, they moved to AST LLC where they were the GVP of CX. In this role, they worked with the Business Development team to assess CX needs for prospective customers and designed multi-pillar CX cloud solutions. Rajarshi (Raj) also built multi-year CX roadmaps and developed enterprise integration architecture for CX platforms. Currently, Raj is the VP of Client Delivery at Bluvium.

Rajarshi (Raj) Purwar has a diverse educational background. Rajarshi (Raj) completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Rajarshi (Raj) then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & IT from Indian Institute of Management, Indore between 2001 and 2003. In addition, Rajarshi has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines, obtained in November and December 2019.
