Wayne Thompson is a seasoned professional in equipment management with extensive experience in the construction industry. Serving as Regional Equipment Manager at Blythe Construction, Inc. since August 2019, Wayne previously held the same title at Hubbard Construction Company from November 2017 to August 2019. As General Manager at Carolina CAT from May 2015 to November 2017 and Nortrax from October 2014 to May 2015, Wayne demonstrated strong leadership skills. Earlier in Wayne's career, serving as Equipment Manager for Hubbard Construction Company in Florida from March 2010 to October 2014 provided a solid foundation. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Concord University, achieved between 1987 and 1991.
