Graeme McCulloch

Graeme McCulloch is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Blythe Development since May 2015, Graeme manages a diverse portfolio of seven projects, including single-family subdivisions, multifamily apartments, and senior assisted living communities, while also demonstrating proficiency in handling NCDOT and SCDOT projects. Previously, Graeme worked as a self-employed renovation specialist for foreclosed properties and held roles as Site Supervisor at Kearey Builders and Executive Director of Construction at Roads and Drainage. Graeme's career began in civil engineering with a degree from Durban University of Technology, where Graeme developed foundational skills as a Field Engineer and Junior Engineer.
