John Cassell

John has worked for Blythe Development Company for a combined tenure of 13+ years serving as a Division Manager from 1991 through 1998 and again from 2010 until now. John began his career practicing Landscape Architecture in North Carolina and has had the opportunity to work in various roles throughout his career as a land planner, golf course designer, real estate development manager, land acquisition manager and construction manager. He has had the great fortune to work on a variety of projects ranging from single family subdivisions, multi-family apartments, commercial and retail developments, golf courses, “mixed use” master planned real estate developments as well as institutional and industrial projects. As a Division Manager, John is responsible for overseeing the overall management of construction projects ranging in value from $500K to $10 million with a total annual volume of +/- $65 million.
