Luke Blythe

Luke has been working with Blythe Development ever since he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Luke has quickly moved up in the company starting as a Project Engineer to his current position as Vice President of Operations. His project experience includes the widening of Highway 51 South in Pineville, NC; Ridge Street Extension in Stanly County, NC; Hwy 421 in Watauga, NC which consists of widening a one mile stretch of Highway 421. Luke has managed projects of various sizes in NC and SC ranging from $1 million to over $30 million. As Division Manager for the last five years, Luke managed a Construction Division that completed $75 million per year in construction projects and as Vice President of Operations the company has performed over $200 million per year over the last two years. Luke was also the Design Build Project Manager for Blythe Development’s first design build, Widening Hwy 73 in Mecklenburg County.
