Paula Pallas

Paula Pallas is a seasoned professional in the catering and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bartlett Mitchell since October 2016. Prior to this role, Paula worked at King's College London as a Catering Project Manager from July 2013 to June 2016, and at Compass Group as a Front of House Manager from November 2012 to July 2013, where responsibilities included managing a wide range of catering operations.
