Paula Pallas is a seasoned professional in the catering and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bartlett Mitchell since October 2016. Prior to this role, Paula worked at King's College London as a Catering Project Manager from July 2013 to June 2016, and at Compass Group as a Front of House Manager from November 2012 to July 2013, where responsibilities included managing a wide range of catering operations. Additionally, Paula has experience as a Restaurant & Deli Manager at Lusso CH&CO and as a Restaurant Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd, overseeing significant catering services and staff hospitality. Paula holds a degree in English Philology from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
