Richard Waddingham

Richard Waddingham is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as Contract Director at Compass Group since August 2024. With a diverse career spanning several leadership roles, Richard has been Group Manager and General Manager at bartlett mitchell since January 2014, and previously held the positions of General Catering Manager and Head Chef at Vacherin from January 2009 to September 2013. Earlier experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Compass Group (January 2007 - January 2009) and Events Head Chef at Skybluepink Catering (June 2005 - January 2007), along with Head Chef at Fade and the hard to find cafe (January 2004 - June 2005). Richard's educational background features a BsHons degree in Acupuncture from the University of Portsmouth and a BTEC Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from ncn Clarendon Nottingham, along with culinary training through City & Guilds 7061/7062.
