Irma Vaidotaite has extensive experience in operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Operations at BM Digital and ForceField since August 2022 and December 2021, respectively. At BM Digital, Irma leads talent acquisition strategies to build high-performing teams, while at ForceField, recruitment efforts are focused on scaling Web 3.0 and blockchain companies. Previously, as the Interim Director of Operations at Urbanista, Irma improved operational processes for e-commerce success. Irma also held multiple roles at Filippo Loreti, including Head of Product Development & Operations, where the focus was on seamless product development and optimizing supplier relationships. Earlier experience includes managing retail sales operations as a Sales Executive at Tibro. Irma holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Kaunas University of Technology.
