Nithin Shelley

Nithin Shelley has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Nithin started their career at GE Capital in 2001, working in operations. In 2006, they joined Genpact as a Senior Manager in Corporate HR, where they led the implementation of software systems to automate HR processes, increasing efficiency and allowing the HR team to focus on other key initiatives. Nithin later became an Associate Vice President in HR, specializing in operations, change management, and integration. Nithin'sresponsibilities included M&A, performance management, and succession planning. Since 2016, Nithin has been working at BMA International FZE, initially as the Group Head of HR Operations and currently as the Group CHRO.

Nithin Shelley completed their education with the following qualifications: a Post Graduate Certificate in International Business from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (2005-2006), a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Robert Gordon University (2000-2001), a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from the Institute of Advanced Management (1998-2001), and a High School diploma from Our Lady of Fatima (OLF) (1984-1996). Additionally, they obtained certifications in Basic Lab from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (year unspecified) and in Green Belt Certification (GB) from Genpact in 2010.
