Arend Wittenberg

Arend Wittenberg is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the international sugar industry, currently serving as a Member of the Board at BMA Braunschweigische Maschinenbauanstalt AG. Previously, Arend held the position of Head of Production Europe at Nordzucker AG, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across 15 production sites and driving operational excellence programs. Arend has also worked in management roles focused on operation and process development at Cosun Beet Company. With an academic foundation including a Master's degree and a PhD from Technische Universität Berlin, Arend combines engineering expertise with a passion for process improvement and leadership.
