Aliem Daalderop

Aliem Daalderop is a seasoned professional in the social domain with extensive experience in various advisory and legal roles. Currently, Aliem serves as Adviseur Sociaal Domein at BMC since September 2021, previously holding multiple policy advisor positions focused on poverty, debt, and the social domain. Prior to BMC, Aliem worked as Senior Adviseur at the Ombudsman Metropool Amsterdam from February 2015 to August 2021. Aliem also gained valuable experience at Dienst Werk en Inkomen, Gemeente Amsterdam as a Juridisch medewerker and project leader for youth reintegration from August 2009 to January 2015, and held roles at Onboard, Deloitte, Dutch Immigration Authorities, and Child Protection Board. Aliem earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Hogeschool van Amsterdam and attended the University of Amsterdam for further studies in law.
