Angela Sandoval

Angela Sandoval, Ph.D., serves as the Director of UX Research at BMC Software since October 2014, where responsibilities include leading the research program for Service and Operations Management solutions to enhance customer experiences and product offerings. Previous roles at BMC Software include Principal UX Research Analyst and Lead UX Researcher, focusing on developing research strategies and managing company-wide research initiatives. Prior to BMC, Angela held the position of Human Factors Engineer at AT&T from August 2005 to September 2014, where collaboration with multidisciplinary teams ensured user-centered design through UX and usability studies. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Ergonomics/Human Factors from Texas Tech University, a Master's in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Ergonomics/Human Factors, and a Bachelor's in Health Science - Occupational Safety and Health from California State University, Fresno.
