Arno Ter Avest

Arno ter Avest is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and corporate compliance across various regions. Currently serving as Senior Director & Controller EMEA at BMC Software since June 2011, Arno oversees accounting and compliance for approximately 40 entities in 23 countries. Previous roles include Senior Manager Accounting EMEA at Stichting IRIS, where Arno chaired the audit committee, and leadership positions at PCSOH, Infinitas Learning BV, KPN, and Hewlett Packard, focusing on finance and business control. Arno holds a Drs degree in Economics from the University of Groningen and a VWO degree from Menso Alting College.
