Itzik Garhad

Itzik Garhad serves as the DevOps SRE Team Lead at BMC Software since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Site Reliability Engineering team, overseeing project requirement gathering, and implementing SRE tools for optimal system performance. Previously, Itzik held the role of SRE Team Lead at Amdocs from July 2012 to January 2021, contributing to application support, automation development, and software testing. Earlier experiences include teaching physics and technology at Kadoorie College, coordinating youth activities in a community center, and serving in a leadership role in the Israeli Defense Forces' Ordnance Corps. Itzik holds a degree as a Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from Kadoorie.
