Kirstin D'Amico has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Lead Compensation Analyst for Executive Stock Compensation at BMC Software since October 2010. Prior roles at BMC Software included Principal Accountant, Lead Accountant, and Senior Accountant. Before joining BMC, Kirstin worked as a Project Controls Analyst at S&B Infrastructure and as a Project Controls Cost Analyst at Pioneer Natural Resources.
