Megan Navarro

Megan Navarro is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in business development and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Digital Sales - Growth & Business Development at BMC Software since November 2021, Megan specializes in developing strategies for Growth Sales Reps, recruiting talent, creating scalable processes, and executing indirect/channel strategies. Prior to this role, Megan held multiple positions at Dude Solutions, including Sales Manager for the Education Vertical, where success in achieving sales goals and team development was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes teaching Spanish at Edison Public Schools and Wake County Public School System, as well as inside sales at SHI International Corp. Megan holds a Master of Arts in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Spanish from Moravian University.
