Michael Anderson

Michael Anderson, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partner at BMC Software since April 2010. Prior to this role, Michael held positions such as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Invensys Operations Management and Human Resources Manager for WW Sales and Services at BMC Software. Michael's career began at State Street, where multiple roles were held, including HR Officer and Senior Process Engineering Analyst, as well as serving as a Senior HR Advisor at The Gillette Company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
