Michelle Phillips MCIPD currently serves as the HR Country Leader for the UK & Ireland and Nordics at BMC Software since January 2013, playing a key role in supporting global clients in their transition to an Autonomous Digital Enterprise. Prior to BMC Software, Michelle held the position of Senior HR Business Partner and Head of HR at Callcredit Marketing Solutions from July 2003 to September 2012, where responsibilities included partnering with various business units across multiple locations. Early career experiences include roles in HR/Ops Management at Divine UK, HR & Office Manager at Accenture, Director of Operations at Cityscan/Sapphyr, and General Manager at Surrey Advertiser Group. Michelle earned a PGDip in Human Resource Management from the University of West London between 2000 and 2004.
