Tom Pickels

Tom Pickels currently serves as the Lead Services Solution Manager at BMC Software since May 2021. Prior to this role, Tom spent eight years at Duke Energy Corporation, progressing from IT Manager to Senior IT Manager and eventually to IT Supplier Relationship Manager, focusing on supplier strategy and management processes. Tom's earlier experience includes over a decade at Accenture, where various roles culminated in a managerial position, contributing to significant projects including a multi-million-dollar uplink facility for the Discovery Network. Tom holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University.
