Mansur Yildiz, M.Sc., graduated from Gaziantep University with a degree in Physics Engineering in 2011 and completed a master's degree from 2011 to 2013, which included a period of study abroad in Gdansk, Poland. They served as a Team Commander during military service from 2014 to 2015, followed by various roles in quality and calibration, including positions as Quality Manager and Calibration Responsible. Mansur has been with BMC Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. since 2021, progressing through roles from Quality Specialist to Team Leader, where they oversee calibration processes and strategic quality initiatives.
