Joost Klein

Joost Klein is an experienced HR manager with a strong background in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as HR manager at Building Materials Europe since January 2020, Joost previously held HR manager and senior HR business partner roles at CRH from July 2016 to January 2020. Joost began career as a consultant with Huibers Salaris - HRM between February 2013 and July 2016, and as an HR business partner at BEL Combinatie from November 2010 to October 2013, focusing on public sector projects. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR advisor in the childcare sector from September 2008 to November 2010, leading initiatives in organizational learning and absence management. Joost holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has completed various trainings, including courses at de Baak.
