Mark Bober

Mark Bober is currently the Board President at Waldorf Astoria Park City since January 2019 and has been with Bober, Markey, Fedorovich since August 1992. Mark serves as the Practice Leader for Transaction Advisory Services, Valuation, and Litigation, specializing in M&A, Quality of Earnings, Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, and Post Acquisition Integration. Prior to this, Mark was a Manager at PwC from May 1983 to August 1992, focusing on Audit and Advisory Services in M&A. Mark Bober graduated from Miami University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting after completing their high school education at Firestone High School.
