Tiago Henrique de Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tiago Henrique began their career at Grupo Seculus, where they worked as an Analyst of Systems, focusing on the development of various systems related to contract management, SMS sending, and performance analysis of employees. Tiago Henrique then moved on to Contax as an Analyst of Systems and MIS, followed by Banco BMG, where they served as a Senior Systems Analyst, working on loan origination, vehicle acquisition, life insurance, and payroll deduction processes.

In 2014, Tiago joined Itaú Unibanco as a Project Manager and Systems Analyst, primarily involved in the origination and analysis of consigned loans, as well as the technology transfer and support of the BMG-Itaú Unibanco joint venture. Tiago Henrique then continued their career with Banco BMG as a Tech Lead and Backend Developer, where they specialized in loan origination, formalization, and analysis, as well as debt management and back-office operations.

Tiago's experience also includes managerial roles at Banco BMG, where they served as a Technical Coordinator, leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for systems supporting Help franchise operations. Tiago Henrique oversaw various fronts including franchisee support, credit analysis, payment processing, biometric capture, internet banking, and automation. Additionally, Tiago held the position of Tech Manager at BMG Money, where they provided leadership and technical guidance to the team.

In 2022, Tiago joined Pottencial as an Architecture Coordinator, and later, they transitioned to their current role as a Tech Manager at BMG Money.
