Joe Gillen

Joe Gillen is an experienced finance executive with a strong background in the music industry. As CFO for North America at BMG Rights Management since December 2013, Joe has demonstrated leadership and financial acumen. Previously, Joe served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Universal Music Group, overseeing finance for Capitol Music Group. Joe's extensive career at EMI Music included roles as Senior Vice President of Finance and Label CFO, as well as Vice President of Finance for Capitol Music Group. Early in Joe's career, positions at Sony Music Entertainment spanned from Senior Director to Director of Finance, along with experience in accounting at Ernst & Young. Joe holds a degree from Hofstra University.
