Vicki Baca

Vicki Baca is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BMG - The New Music Company since November 2022, Vicki previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Comcast from October 2017 to November 2022. Earlier roles include serving as a Human Resources Business Consultant at Xcel Energy, where Vicki provided strategic support to multiple vice presidents in various operational areas. Vicki's extensive experience also includes significant contributions to Allos Therapeutics, where responsibilities included building the HR function for the company’s first commercial drug launch. Vicki's earlier career encompassed roles at CIGNA Healthcare, managing health and dental benefit plans and coordinating employee enrollment and renewals.
