Gonzalo Ventura, Jr. has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Gonzalo began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Jacmar Foodservice Distribution - Southern CA, a position they held for 10 years. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Director at The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation and Director of HR at Sterling Pacific Meat Company.
