Damien Rabeau

Damien Rabeau has extensive work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Damien currently works for BMI Group as the CPO and Group Procurement Director, where they oversee the procurement function and manages a team of category directors and managers. In addition, they are responsible for the SAP S/4HANA deployment and change management. Prior to BMI Group, Damien worked at Aptiv as the Global Executive Director of Indirect Sourcing. Damien also held various positions at Delphi, including Strategic Sourcing Director, Global Director of Material Cost Reduction, Plant & Site Manager, and Finance Director of Delphi Diesel Asia Pacific. Damien has a strong background in finance and has experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, compliance, and process innovation.

Damien Rabeau obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM in 2002. In 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
