Karen Ayme

Karen AYME is an experienced professional in the field of bitumen technology and project management, currently serving as a team leader and project manager at BMI Group since February 2017. Prior to this role, Karen worked as an R&D project manager at CHRYSO from September 2003 to January 2017, holding the title of Chef de projet R&D - formulation during this time. Karen holds a Master 2 degree in formulation and industrial chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a Master 1 degree in Chimie Matériaux et nanosciences from Le Mans Université, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
