Michael Dauben

Michael Dauben is an accomplished professional in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Concrete for BMI Group in Northern Europe since May 2022. With extensive experience in leading transformative initiatives, Dauben has held key positions such as Director of Engineering at ANDRITZ Küsters GmbH and Vice President Supply Chain at CeramTec. Dauben has a proven track record in optimizing processes across multiple production plants, executing strategic business transformations, and improving operational performance. Prior roles include leadership positions at Guardian Industries Corp., BASF, Sartomer/Cray Valley, LANXESS, and Bayer Corp., where Dauben successfully managed large teams, spearheaded significant restructuring projects, and introduced innovative operational strategies.
