Monika Kacprzyk

Monika Kacprzyk is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic sourcing across various industries. Current responsibilities as Procurement Manager for Eastern Europe at BMI Group commenced in August 2023. Previously, Monika served as the Regional Sourcing Center Lead EMEA at Philips from April 2021 to July 2023, where efforts were focused on transforming the purchasing department into an EMEA-wide operation. A notable tenure at Procter & Gamble from August 2005 to September 2020 included roles such as Central Europe Senior Capital Purchases Manager, where remote management of teams across multiple countries was key, and leadership in outsourcing initiatives. Earlier career positions involved logistics and purchasing roles at companies including Saint-Gobain Autover International and Advanced Strobe Products, Inc.
