Simon Hampton

Simon Hampton is an experienced IT Service Management professional currently serving as the IT Service Operations Manager at BMI Group since July 2023, overseeing operational IT Service Management and Service Desk functions. Previously, Simon held the role of ITSM Process Manager at Stellantis Financial Services UK, Germany, and Austria from November 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included strategic direction for various ITSM processes. Prior to this, Simon managed ITSM processes at GM Financial and served in multiple roles in service management at hibu, including Head of UK Service Desk & User Access Management. Simon began a career in IT support at Getronics, culminating in a leadership role as 1st Line IS Helpdesk Team Leader. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from The University of Manchester.
