Prior to this, Viola has held various leadership roles at companies such as Ariston Thermo Group, Philips Lighting, and Hewlett-Packard. Viola has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and management, with a strong focus on driving business growth and profitability. Viola holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Internet Business, and has also completed executive training to promote diversity within Board Rooms.
