Tracey Smith

Tracey Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tracey started their career in 1985 as an L&D Manager at Kwik-Fit Insurance Services and worked there until 2001. From 1996 to 2003, they served as the Head of Learning & Development at Kwik-Fit Financial Services. In 2005, they joined Hero TSC as the Head of Learning & Development, a role they held until 2008. From 2006 to 2008, they also worked as the Head of Learning & Development at TSC and TSC (Hero) Ltd. In 2009, they became an Operations Manager at BMI Healthcare and later moved up to the position of Director in 2012. Finally, in February 2017, they were appointed as the Head of Patient Administration at BMI Healthcare.

Tracey Smith started their education at St. Augustine's Secondary School, where they pursued a degree in Learning & Development from 1980 to 1985. After completing their secondary education, they went on to attend Glasgow Caledonian University from 2002 to 2005. At the university, they earned a degree in CIPD and specialized in the field of study also called CIPD.
