Holly Billy

Holly Billy is an experienced professional in the sports and gaming sectors with a diverse background. Currently serving as the Sr. Tribal Services Manager and Group Manager at BMM Testlabs since June 2019, Holly previously held positions at the Oklahoma State Athletic Commission from August 2011 to July 2020 as an Athletic Inspector/Judge, overseeing combat sports in Oklahoma. Holly's experience also includes roles as Gaming Inspector II for the Chickasaw Nation from March 2009 to May 2019 and as a Shift Supervisor and Auditor at Choctaw Casinos of Oklahoma from September 2004 to January 2008. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an Associate of Science degree from Carl Albert State College.
