Kishore Balu

Kishore Balu is an IT Consultant at BMM Testlabs since June 2021, with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Support Consultant at Rogers Communications from September 2017 to November 2021, where Kishore demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills while responding promptly to customer incidents and outages. Prior to this role, Kishore worked in customer service at Boston Pizza from January 2016 to September 2017, honing active listening and communication skills. Kishore holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
