Prior roles at BMM Weston Ltd. include Acting Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager and Regulatory Affairs Engineer, focusing on compliance, new design projects, and continuous improvement activities. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as a Design Engineer, contributing to the development of medical decontamination equipment, and completed an internship at Xtronics Ltd., where involvement included the design of 3D printed components for medical imaging systems. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from King’s College London.
