Beth Donaldson

Beth Donaldson currently serves as Senior Manager of Compensation at BMO since July 2025 and is also a Shadow Board Member of the City HR Association. Previously, Beth held the position of Compensation Manager at Société Générale from November 2020 to July 2025 and worked as a Senior Reward Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies from August 2018 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Reward Analyst at M&G Investments and as an HR Graduate with the same company. Beth's initial professional exposure was as an HR Placement at Hilton Glasgow and an HR Intern at Topaz Energy and Marine. Beth began a career in customer service as a Customer Assistant at Boots UK. Educational credentials include an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a BSc in Behavioural Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
