Gaurav Goel

Gaurav Goel, MBA, PMP, is an experienced leader in program and project management within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director and Program & Integration IMO Head at BMO since February 2017, Gaurav manages a team of 25 project managers and scrum masters, ensuring adherence to tech project management processes and overseeing portfolio demand and capacity. Gaurav has previously held senior project management roles at RBC Wealth Management and RBC Investor Services and has extensive experience with multi-million dollar projects at Tata Consultancy Services and other organizations. Gaurav holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business, alongside various certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt and a CSC in Investments and Securities.
