Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager for Digital Experience at LoyaltyOne, Jay Choi oversees the main website for AirMiles, enhancing the digital experience for 10 million active collectors. Previously, at CPP Investments, Jay Choi managed a specialized development team to modernize data engineering capabilities and portfolio management solutions for hedge fund investments. Jay Choi also held managerial roles at Aviva Canada, Ticoon Technology, Univeris, and Swurv Corporation, contributing to numerous high-impact projects and system modernizations. Jay Choi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
