Jeff Knight currently serves as the Head of NARP Analytics and Customer Optimization at BMO, a position held since July 2020, and previously held the title of Director of NARP Analytics Customer Optimization and Partner Management. Prior to BMO, Jeff was with SAS for a decade, where roles included Sales Insights Manager, focusing on analytics to enhance global sales performance, and Senior Manager of Customer Intelligence, contributing to significant revenue growth. Jeff's career also includes a notable tenure at CIBC from 1999 to 2010, culminating as Director of Customer Marketing, where leadership of a team of SAS analysts led to over 100 campaign analyses annually and strategic marketing budget recommendations. Jeff initiated marketing efforts for the Visa Cards division at CIBC with a substantial budget. Educationally, Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from Trent University, obtained in 1997.
