Jeff Traynor

Jeff Traynor, CFA, currently serves as the Head of North American Retail Credit Operations at BMO Financial Group, a role held since September 2010 that involves executing strategic priorities and managing regulatory and operational risk. Previously, Jeff Traynor was the Director of Enterprise Risk Relationship Management, overseeing risk reporting and analysis, and the Director of Credit Risk Policy, responsible for governance and oversight of credit risk policies. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Aviva Canada, focusing on corporate development, broker investment, and capital policy. Jeff Traynor also has a background in developing credit risk calculations for the Basel II model and advising on regulatory capital at BMO Financial Group from 2002 to 2006. Jeff Traynor earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
