Jennifer Larson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing and brand management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Employee Giving at BMO since January 2012. In this role, Jennifer drives social impact through enterprise-wide giving and volunteerism programs that enhance employee engagement and community development across North America. Previously, Jennifer held several vice president positions at BMO, focusing on brand management, global marketing initiatives, and integrated campaigns aimed at enhancing the company’s reputation and social impact. Prior to joining BMO, Jennifer had a successful tenure at Quebecor World Inc., where significant marketing enhancements were made under leadership. Jennifer holds an MBA in Marketing Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS/BA with a double major in Public Relations and French from Illinois State University.
