Lisa Cansfield

Lisa Cansfield, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as Director, HR Portfolio Manager at BMO since October 2011, Lisa has held various leadership roles including Director, HR Change Management during the Bank of the West Integration and Director, Job & Position Management. Prior to BMO, Lisa was the President of the Taleo Regional User Group, facilitating discussions on organizational challenges and representing enterprise customers. Lisa's earlier career includes key positions at Rogers Communications as a Recruitment Systems Analyst, Old Navy as Logistics & Customer Service Manager, and TJX Canada as General Manager, along with a significant tenure at The Home Depot as Operations Manager. Lisa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Environmental Science from McMaster University.
