Madeleine Staines

Madeleine Staines is a Senior Sourcing Manager at BMO, where since July 2017, oversight of the Corporate Real Estate portfolio has involved crafting sourcing strategies for an annual spend exceeding $1 billion. With a focus on business improvement from RFP development to contract execution, Madeleine aims to align sourcing efforts with organizational objectives through effective KPI management and cost savings. Previous roles include Senior Sourcing Associate supporting the Capital Markets spend portfolio and an Associate in Supplier Governance. Additional experience includes serving as Social Coordinator at Osler Bluff Ski Club and a Marketing Planning Associate at TD, where participation contributed to the launch of the #TDThanksYou 2016 campaign. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and has education experience at the University of Bath.
