Sandy Dunleavy

Sandy Dunleavy serves as the Regional President at BMO, overseeing Retail Banking in Southern and Central California since January 2018. Prior to this role, Sandy held the position of SVP Strategic Initiatives at Banc of California in 2017, focusing on aligning shared services projects with the bank's strategy. From 2009 to 2016, Sandy was a Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal, guiding financial institutions through economic challenges with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and performance improvement. Sandy's extensive experience at Bank of America spanned from 1983 to 2009, where key positions included Sales Executive for Affluent Banking and Student Banking, National Mortgage Sales Executive, Consumer Executive, and Commercial SVP and Group Leader, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and operational goals. Sandy holds a BA and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
