Santos Lee has extensive experience in organizational design and effectiveness, currently serving as Managing Director at BMO Financial Group. Previous roles include Director of Organization Design & Effectiveness at CIBC and Senior Manager of People Enablement & Organizational Effectiveness at RBC. Santos began in consulting as a Manager at PwC Consulting - People & Organization. Additionally, Santos co-founded C. U. Dance Productions and works as a part-time Dance Instructor. Academically, Santos holds a B.A.Sc. in Bio-Resource Engineering from The University of British Columbia and completed studies at Ivey Business School at Western University.
