Shannon Gaydos

Shannon Gaydos has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, primarily within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at BMO since December 2014, Shannon is responsible for full cycle recruitment of Anti-Money Laundering positions in both the United States and Canada. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter at JPMorgan Chase, where over 250 hires were made for commercial bank positions, and HR Recruiter at Wells Fargo, responsible for filling a high volume of roles across various levels. Earlier experiences include a Talent Acquisition Partner role at Aviva and several positions at Sammons Financial Group and ING Americas, emphasizing full cycle recruiting and team management. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Saint Mary's College.
